The purpose of the Kids Small Group is to provide education using Children discover God made them, loves them and has a perfect plan for their lives. We believe children learn Bible concepts, skills, and stories through illustrations, creative art, books, music, games and drama.

We encourage our parents or guardians to fill out an information form for each child brought to children’s church or Pathway Training. Update the needed information on your child as their needs change.

In closing, we inspire young minds to know our Lord Jesus Christ; as a master teacher in education, I’m inspired and dedicated to developing the whole child. Learning is about cultivating creativity, showing respect for one another, and facilitating an environment of problem-solving. Thank you, Jesus, for creating your children; they are essential to your plan in this world. I pray for their strength to live a faithful life even when it’s complicated. I ask God for every child to start their faith journey with Him. Lord, give them teachable hearts to receive the full benefits of engaging in the word.

1) Required to pass a background check.
2) Trained in first-aide.
3) High school diploma or equivalent qualifications.
4) A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
5) Proven experience as an educator is advantageous.
6) Active Church and community member.
7) Good understanding of planning and developing lesson plans.
8) Must be available to teach classes twice a month on Sunday.
9) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
